My cousin graduated high school this year, and yesterday was his graduation party at Dillon Beach.
The forest said a high of 63°f and 20mph winds on the beach. We get a lot of breeze and wind in California, but nothing like that. It didn't take long for us kids to leave the campsite my cousin was staying at and walk over the grassy dunes to the beach.
The sandblasting from the wind created some cool sediment formations in the sand.
We had a great time running around the beach. It was great to get to see my cousin again and meet some of his buddies.
