The idea of enlisting in the military has been floating around my head for the past few weeks. My grandpa served in the Marines during the Vietnam war, and my grand uncle served in the coast guard during a similar time. I never gave it much serious thought, but today a military career recruitment flyer showed up in the mail. We've never gotten one before. It made me think about it much more seriously.
